Standard Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, taxes and import duties.

If you wish to return your order, simply contact us at kastner@loxinfo.co.th. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide the return instructions.
