Size guide
Quality of the items are awesome. Seems that they’ll last a really long time but the colors are way off so I got a dark green one that kinda looked brown and a light blue the dark green it’s super bright and the one that looks brown is a bright orange and the light blue is a dark blue
I am not giving this review on the product. I have 5 pairs of linen from Luft and they are well made comfortable and all around good quality. The 1 star is for customer service. I was supposed to have received my order on 10/02/2026 and since then I have sent out 2 emails due to UPS only showing label created but no movement and both emails that I have sent have been ignored by their customer support. This is not the way to operate a company and need to warn anyone who will choose to listen. They are not making this right for me and may do the same to you if there is a problem.
Thank you for taking time for a review praising the quality of our linen boxers but unfortunately less so the service in terms of shipping. However we wonder where you take it from that a standard delivery from Thailand to the USA should only take 3-4 days, we also have never stated that in our store's site, but rather transfer time of 10-14 days. Please understand that we cannot influence the shipping and customs clearance process of our couriers.
You also claim that your emails were ignored by our team, which isn't correct, we have replied on 8. October as follows:
'Thank you for reaching out to us. Your package was shipped with our local courier transporting it to the US. Right now it is under customs clearance procedure and once finished, probably by tomorrow, it will be shown in UPS tracking system as “we have your package”. From then onward you can track with UPS and you can expect delivery within 3-4 days.
Sorry for keeping you waiting as it took obviously a bit longer than usually can be expected.
Thank you for your patience.'
From latest tracking information we can see that your package should be delivered to you on 15. or 16. October which is slightly longer than expected but again we don't know due to what circumstances. Finally you should be able to enjoy your new boxers.
Kind regards
